Submitted manuscripts should adhere to the two-column IEEE proceedings format. Full papers (up to 8 pages) and short papers (up to 4 pages) are eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings. Other submission types, such as tutorial and demo proposals, should be submitted to the General or Program Co-Chairs by the paper submission deadline.
- Short Paper (up to 4 pages): Eligible for conference proceedings.
- Full Paper (up to 8 pages): Eligible for conference proceedings.
- Tutorial Proposal: Submitted to the General/Program Co-Chairs with the same deadline as paper submissions.
- Demo Proposal: Submitted to the General/Program Co-Chairs with the same deadline as paper submissions.
All papers are refereed through a single-blind process. Short and full papers should be submitted online through EasyChair: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=istm26

All submitted papers will be rigorously reviewed. Accepted papers are intended to be submitted to IEEE Xplore and external indexing services (DBLP database, ZB1Math/CompuServe, IO-Port, EI, Scopus, INSPEC, ISI proceeding, etc.), pending IEEE approval.
